Instructions
Place the chopped cabbage, cucumbers, and green onions in a large bowl.
½ Head Green Cabbage,
1 English Cucumber,
1 Bundle Green Onions
Make the Dressing
Add all the dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
1 Cup Baby Spinach,
1 Cup Fresh Basil,
2 Cloves Garlic,
1 Shallot,
2 Lemons,
¼ Cup Olive Oil,
¼ Cup Cashews,
⅓ Cup Parmesan Cheese,
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
Pour over the vegetables in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Top with the chives and avocado.
