Cilantro Butter Corn
I always loved a basic sweet corn slathered in butter, but I had no clue that things could be even more delicious with an
easy cilantro butter corn.

Butter
or 2 sticks,softened

Cup
Cilantro
chopped (fresh)

Garlic

Cayenne

Jalapeno

*Sea salt to taste

Instructions
Mix the butter, cilantro, garlic, cayenne, and jalapeno until smooth.
1 Cup Butter,
1/4 Cup Cilantro,
2 Cloves Garlic,
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne,
1 Jalapeno
Place the butter in plastic wrap and tightly roll into a log to rest in the fridge.
Cook the corn in a smoker, on a grill or a pot of boiling water.
4 Ears Sweet Corn
Take the butter out of the fridge and roll the corn in it.
*Sea salt to taste
Notes
Store left overs in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
