Instructions
Combine everything in a bowl.
1 Small Jicama,
2 Avocados,
3 Oranges,
2 Tablespoons Red Onion ,
1/3 Cup Cilantro,
1/3 Cup Feta
Whisk together the dressing and pour over the salad.
2 Tablespoons Orange Juice,
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice,
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil,
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt,
Dash Cayenne
Toss to coat and set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
