Instructions
Place the cranberries, jalapeno, green onions, cilantro and orange zest in a food processor and pulse until chopped fine.
1 Bag Cranberries,
1 Jalapeno,
3 Green Onions,
1 Handful Cilantro,
1 teaspoon Orange Zest
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the orange juice, salt, and sugar.
1 Tablespoon Orange Juice,
1/2 teaspoon Salt,
1/2 Cup Sugar
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to one day.
To serve, spread the cream cheese on a platter and top with salsa.
2 Packages Light Cream Cheese
Serve with wheat thins.
