Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg whites, hummus, and season salt.
3 Eggs,
1/4 Cup Hummus,
1/8 teaspoon Season Salt
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat add the eggs and allow to sit for about 15 seconds.
Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir the eggs continually.
Remove from the stove once cooked and top with avocados and tomatoes.
1/2 Avocado,
1/3 Cup Grape Tomatoes
Serve immediately
