1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1 Roasted Jalapeño, 1 Tablespoon Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
For the Sandwich
Heat a pan to medium heat and butter a slice of bread on one side. Place in the pan buttered side down and quickly spread the sauce on the inside and top with half of the cheeses.
Grab another slide of bread and smear on the sauce, then place the top slice of bread on and butter the outside. Flip once golden and cook until melty!
Repeat with the other 2 slices of bread and the rest of the cheese.
Flip once golden and cook until melty! Serve with soup!

Jalapeños can be roasted in the oven or on the stove top. To use the oven, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and move the rack to the top slot. Rub the peppers in a little canola oil and sprinkle with salt and place them on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and turn the peppers every few minutes until charred on all sides.To roast them on the stove top, you have to have a gas range. Start the flame and place the pepper right on the burner and turn it until charred on all sides. Whether you use the oven or stove top, once they are charred, place the peppers in the ziploc bag while they are still hot and seal the bag. Let them sit for 15 minutes. Then remove the skins. You can remove the seeds if you want to and then slice the peppers.
