In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Garnish with a healthy amount of parmesan cheese to taste.

Notes
If you cannot find the packages of frozen kale and quinoa in your grocery store or costco, just cook 1/2 Cup Quinoa in 1 Cup of water until boiling, place the lid on and turn to low heat to simmer for 20 minutes, fluff with a fork and add to the skillet.Store left overs in the refrigerator.
