Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large cast iron dutch oven over medium low heat. Add the peppers and onions and sausage.
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil,
4 Linguica Sausages,
12 Mini Bell Peppers,
1 Green Bell Pepper,
1 Red Onion
Salt and pepper to taste and stir occasionally. Cook until the onions are caramelized (about 10-15 minutes).
Serve with a side of rice and beans.
