Description

Recreate the delicious mascarpone whipped cream from popular food truck Waffle Love with this easy copycat recipe. Perfect for topping off your homemade waffles!

Ingredients 

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon Clear Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a large glass bowl, using a hand mixer with a whisk or beater attachments, beat until soft peaks form.
    1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Add the powdered sugar, mascarpone and vanilla and beat until peaks form.
    1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar, 1/3 Cup Mascarpone, 1 teaspoon Clear Vanilla Extract
