Instructions
For the Bars
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9x13" baking pan with nonstick spray and then parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, corn starch, baking powder, and baking soda.
3 Cups Flour,
1/2 teaspoon Salt,
2 teaspoons Corn Starch,
2 teaspoons Baking Powder,
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Set aside.
In the bowl of a mixer, using the paddle attachment, beat together the butter and sugar for 1 minute.
1 Cup Butter,
2 Cups Sugar
Add the eggs and extracts and beat for another 30 seconds.
1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract,
2 Large Eggs,
1 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla
Add the dry ingredients and turn the mixer on low, slowly moving up in speed as the flour gets incorporated.
Turn the mixer off and press the dough into the baking pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until lightly golden but not brown.
Carefully remove from the oven to cool entirely and then frost and add sprinkles.

For the Frosting
Beat the cream cheese and butter together using a hand mixer or standing mixer.
8 Ounces Cream Cheese,
10 Tablespoons Butter
Add the extract and powdered sugar along with the gel and beat until smooth.
4 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar,
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla,
1/4 teaspoon [Pink Gel Food Coloring]

Notes
Regular food coloring can be used but the gel brings a better color.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
