Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13" cake pan with nonstick spray.
Mash the bananas until no chunks remain, do not puree.
1 1/2 Cups Banana
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2 Cups Flour,
1 teaspoon Baking Soda,
1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder,
1/2 teaspoon Salt
In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, sour cream, buttermilk and eggs.
1/2 Cup Canola Oil,
3/4 Cup Sour Cream,
1 1/2 Cups Sugar,
2 Tablespoons Buttermilk,
2 Large Eggs
Stir in the bananas and finally the flour.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
8 Ounces Cream Cheese,
1/4 Cup Butter
Add the remaining ingredients and beat again, on low until smooth.
2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream,
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla,
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
