Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
Using a rubber spatula, fold in the cheese and spread into a mound on a platter.
1/3-1/2 Cup Queso Fresco or Cotija is fine
Pour the salsa evenly over the top and sprinkle with a little extra cheese as garnish.
Pineapple Habanero Salsa from the store* or any flavor pineapple salsa
Serve immediately or wrap in saran wrap and place in the fridge to be served within an hour.
