In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1/3 Cup Almond Butter, 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter, 1/4 Cup Honey, 1/4 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder, 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs, 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips, 1/4 Cup Puffed Rice Cereal, 1/3 Cup Mini Marshmallows
Form into balls (see note) and store in an air tight container in the fridge between snacking.
Notes
If the balls aren't forming, try adding a teaspoon more of honey. Store the energy bites in the refrigerator to last longer and help them hold their shape.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
