Instructions
Heat the oven to 400
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic and salt.
1 1/2 Cups Flour,
3 teaspoons Baking Powder,
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder,
1/4 teaspoon Salt
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and butter.
2 Large Eggs,
1 Cup Milk,
2 Tablespoons Butter
Stir the wet and dry ingredients, cheese and herbs together until they just combine.
1/2 Cup Feta ,
3 Tablespoons Chives,
1 Tablespoon Parsley
Fill muffin liners in a muffin tin 2/3 full and set aside for 10-15 minutes to rest.
Bake for 18-22 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes and serve!
Notes
Feta muffis can be frozen for 2 months.
