Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place trimmed garlic on a piece of aluminum foil.
1 Head Garlic
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
1 teaspoon Oil,
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 40 - 45 minutes or until soft and browned.
After garlic has cooked, allow to cool.
Once cool enough to handle use a fork to remove the cloves from the skin.
Place softened butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic and rosemary together in a food processor and process until smooth.
1/2 Cup Butter,
2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
Serve.
Leftovers will keep for a few days in the refrigerator. Remove from fridge about an hour before serving to allow to soften.
Notes
store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a 2-3 days
