peeled and chopped in 1/2-1" pieces

Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the butter on a cookie sheet and place in the oven to melt.
6 Tablespoons Butter
Meanwhile, in a large ziploc, add the panko, parmesan, ranch and a pinch of salt and pepper.
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs,
2/3 Cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese,
2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Dressing from the Ranch dressing envelope,
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shake and set aside.
Once the butter is melted, remove from the oven, add the potatoes and stir to coat.
4 Medium Russet Potatoes
Using a large spoon, scoop the potatoes into the bag with the panko and seal tight.
Shake the bag or let the kids shake it.
Pour back out onto the pan and bake until tender and golden, about 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot!
Parsley for garnish

reheat in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes
