Instructions
Cook the meat over medium heat until almost done.
1 Pound Ground Turkey
Remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
Meanwhile mix together the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter,
1 Cup Brown Sugar,
1/4 Cup Sugar,
2 teaspoons Hoisin Sauce,
2 teaspoons Oyster Sauce,
1 teaspoons Rice Vinegar,
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce,
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
Cook the vegetables until tender, about 6 min and add the meat back in and add the sauce to finish cooking. About another 3 min.

1 Onion,
1 ½ Tablespoon Garlic
Serve in lettuce leaves.
