Ingredients

Neufchatel Cream Cheese
softened to room temperature

Greek Yogurt

Lemon
juiced and zested
1/2
teaspoon
White Vinegar
1/2
teaspoon
Granulated Sugar
1-2
Tablespoons
Fresh Dill
Salt and Pepper
to taste

Cucumber
peeled and sliced

Instructions
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt, lemon zest, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, and dill.
6 oz Neufchatel Cream Cheese,
2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt,
1/2 Lemon,
1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill,
1/2 teaspoon White Vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth and season to taste.
Salt and Pepper
Cut the bread in half or into quarters depending on size you want.

Spread the mixture on each half of the bread and add 2-3 cucumber slices on top of one piece.
1 Cucumber
Put the top slice of bread on and repeat with remaining mixture.
