Mix the marinade in a ziploc bag and add the chicken. Seal and place in the fridge for up to 1 hour.
2 Chicken Breasts , 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, 1/2 Cup Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar, 1 teaspoon Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Tuscan Seasoning, Pinch Salt and Pepper, 1 Zest Lemon
Remove the meat from the marinade and place on skewers with the veggies, starting and ending with veggies which will help to keep the chicken juicy and tender.
1 Red, Green, Yellow, Orange Bell Pepper, 1 Red Onion, 2 Zucchini
Heat a grill to medium high heat and add the skewers. Turn the heat to medium and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side. The chicken will easily release from the grill when the meat is sufficiently cooked on that side.
Remove all skewers and serve immediately.
