Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and pat into a 9” pie crust. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes and remove to cool.
10 Graham Crackers, 1/4 Cup Sugar, 1/4 Cup Butter
In a saucepan, heat chocolate and 1/4 cup cream over low heat, stirring often, just until chocolate is melted.
6 oz Chocolate, 1 1/4 Cups Cream
Pour 2 tbsp of the melted chocolate mixture into pie crust and gently spread chocolate evenly inside crust. Refrigerate until set.
Cool remaining chocolate mixture only slightly so it’s not set.
Set 1 Tablespoon of the chocolate mixture aside for the topping. In a blender, puree remaining chocolate mixture and thawed berries with any juices until smooth.
1 1/2 Cup Mixed Berries
Whip remaining cream just to stiff peaks then fold into the berry mixture.
1 1/4 Cups Cream
Spoon berry mixture into pie crust and smooth top. Warm reserved chocolate mixture gently if necessary; drizzle over top of pie. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until set or for up to 1 day.
