Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg white and water until very foamy.
1 Egg White,
1 Tablespoon Water
Place the nuts in a large bowl and toss with the egg white.
3 Cups Dry Roasted
In another bowl, add the sugars, spice and salt and mix to combine.
1/4 Cup Sugar,
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar,
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice,
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Add the sugars to the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
Spread the nuts out on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2-24 hours in order to crisp up.
Store in airtight containers or bags.
