In a bowl, mix the walnuts, butter, oats, brown sugar and flour. When you squeeze with your hand it should all stick together.
1/4 Cup Walnuts, 5 Tablespoons Butter, 3/4 Cup Oats, 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 Cup Flour
Crumble over the apples and bake for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

If you use large eggs just add one and then in a small bowl whisk the second large egg and discard half, using the rest in the recipe.store in the refrigerator
