Heat a large pot with a lid, over medium heat and add the coconut oil.
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
Cook until almost melted and quickly stir in the sugar then add the kernals.
1/4 Cup Sugar, 1/3 Cup Popcorn Kernels
Place the lid on, and using two pot holders to pinch the lid closed, gently slide the kettle back and forth over the burner. It will take a minute for the kernals to start popping, then continue moving the kettle until the popping slows.
