Instructions
For the chicken
Cook the chicken according to directions.
4 Frozen Chicken Strips
Set aside.
For the dressing
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise,
1 1/2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar,
2 Tablespoons Honey,
1 Tablespoon Sugar,
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard,
1/8 teaspoon Sesame Oil,
Pinch Ground Ginger,
Salt to taste
Store in a mason jar in the fridge until serving.
To assemble
In a large bowl, toss the lettuces with the carrots and cabbage.
2 Cups Romaine,
1 Cup Iceburg Lettuce,
1/2 Cup Matchstick Carrots,
1 Cup Napa Cabbage,
1 Cup Red Cabbage
Top with almonds and chow mein noodles, then the chicken and drizzle with dressing.
1/4 Cup Chow Mein Noodles,
2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds
Serve immediately.
