Instructions
Place chicken in a baking dish and set aside.
4-6 Chicken Breasts
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
1/2 Cup Butter
Add all remaining ingredients.
1/2 Cup Honey,
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard,
1 teaspoon Curry Powder,
1 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning,
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper,
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Pour over the chicken and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350. (baste occasionally)
Shred the chicken and serve over rice.
