Instructions
Make sure your cream cheese is softened and place it in a medium bowl.
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
Using a handheld mixer, whip until smooth.
Add the brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla and beat again until creamy.
1 Cup Brown Sugar,
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter,
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Fold in the toffee bits, reserving a handful to use as garnish over the top.
1 Cup Chocolate Covered Toffee Bits
Serve immediately with sliced apples or bananas, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
5-7 Large Apples
If you refrigerate allow it to sit out for a few minutes before serving.
