Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the veggies on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
1 1/2 Heads Broccoli,
2 1/2 Cups Carrots,
3 Cups Brussels Sprouts,
2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil,
4 Cloves Garlic,
2 teaspoons Kosher Salt,
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Bake for 25 minutes or until the veggies are soft and beginning to brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Serve immediately with Stouffer's Macaroni & Cheese.
Notes
To reheat, spread the
vegetables
out on a baking sheet, drizzle them with olive oil, and bake at 450 degrees for 4 or 5 minutes
