Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together until combined.
1 Cup Cashews,
1 Cup Almonds,
1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds,
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon,
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt,
1 Pinch Nutmeg,
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper,
2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup,
1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
Spread trail mix on baking sheet in an even layer.
Roast in oven for 7 to 8 minutes, tossing once half way through.
Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
