Cafe Rio Copycat Sweet Pork Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Tortillas Fresh, Uncooked
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Mexican or Cheddar Cheese shredded We use sharp or mild
  • [Sweet Pork] click for the recipe

Instructions

  • Heat a griddle to medium heat.
  • Cook the tortillas then remove to a plate.
    6-8 Tortillas
  • Stab the butter with a fork and push it all over the griddle. Do not over butter the pan!
    1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Quickly place a tortilla down with cheese and pork, fold over the tortilla and then flip to the other side to evenly brown the tortilla and melt the cheese.
    [Sweet Pork], Mexican or Cheddar Cheese
  • Serve immediately.
