1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger, 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Salt, 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar, 1/2 Cup Canola Oil, 1/3 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
Cover with a lid and shake to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Chop the chicken and all veggies and toss with the pasta and dressing.
