Ingredients

4 Tablespoons Butter unsalted
4 Tablespoons Honey
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
5 Cloves Garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoon Stone Ground Mustard
10 Pound Spiral Ham
Ham Dipping Sauces

Instructions

Heat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a glass measuring cup, melt the butter. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
4 Tablespoons Butter, 4 Tablespoons Honey, 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 5 Cloves Garlic, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard, 2 Tablespoon Stone Ground Mustard
Pour 3/4 of the glaze over the ham, making sure to use a brush to spread it in between the ham layers.
10 Pound Spiral Ham
Bake for 90 minutes at 325 degrees.
Remove from the oven and spread the little bit of remaining glaze over the meat.

Notes

Left overs may be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
