Have I ever told you that I write and photograph recipes for Pillsbury? Well, I do. And it has seriously been so much fun. I love the challenge of figuring out a recipe around one single ingredient, like the recipe above. I used the French Bread from Pillsbury, cooked up a few for dinner with friends one night and then used the leftovers to create this awesome delicious panzanella salad with a creamy dressing. If you haven’t experienced a bread salad yet you need to get on that. It’s seriously the best of both worlds, a delicious salad and the crusty bread all mixed into one.
