These pumpkin spice drop cookies were pretty good in my opinion, but I did have a few problems. Many of the cookies didn’t shape well because the batter is so sticky and many kisses melted too fast even with putting them into the fridge. As they sat they also became a little soft which to me means they probably should have cooked for one minute longer to firm them up a bit more. I still think they were yummy though. I will make them again.
 
 
I used the basic cake mix idea that everyone knows and added a little extra spice so these are easy enough for anyone to make!
 

Can You Freeze Cookie Dough?

You can freeze cookie dough for up to 3 months.

Put the dough in a freezer container or in a heavy duty freezer bag, and freeze.

Or, drop dough into individual cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze for 2 hours.

Transfer frozen cookies to a freezer bag and store in the freezer.

Description

These pumpkin spice drop cookies were amazing!

Ingredients 

  • 1 Box Cake Mix, Spice
  • 15 oz Pumpkin, Canned
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 36 Kisses, Hershey's, Pumpkin Spice, Unwrapped

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Mix the cake mix, pumpkin and spice together.
  • Spoon into sanding sugar and carefully roll around the sugar and creating a ball.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-14 min.
  • Quickly remove cookies from oven, place on cooling rack and press a kiss down on each cookie.
  • Place in the fridge to cool so that the kiss won't melt.
  • Enjoy!
