Pumpkin Spice Drop Cookies

These pumpkin spice drop cookies were pretty good in my opinion, but I did have a few problems. Many of the cookies didn’t shape well because the batter is so sticky and many kisses melted too fast even with putting them into the fridge. As they sat they also became a little soft which to me means they probably should have cooked for one minute longer to firm them up a bit more. I still think they were yummy though. I will make them again.

I used the basic cake mix idea that everyone knows and added a little extra spice so these are easy enough for anyone to make!

Can You Freeze Cookie Dough?

You can freeze cookie dough for up to 3 months.

Put the dough in a freezer container or in a heavy duty freezer bag, and freeze.

Or, drop dough into individual cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze for 2 hours.

Transfer frozen cookies to a freezer bag and store in the freezer.

Can You Freeze Pureed Pumpkin?

You can freeze pumkin puree for several months.

Place the puree in a freezer bag and freeze.

To thaw, simply put the frozen bag of puree in a bowl of water in the refrigerator, overnight.
