Description

These honey roasted red potatoes are simple to die for! A simple note of sweetness with these tender red potatoes make for a delicious dish!

Ingredients 

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 and drizzle oil on a cookie sheet. Or heat the airfryer for more crunch to 400. We prefer the airfryer.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
  • Cut potatoes in half or quarters depending on the size. Add the potatoes along with a tablespoon of kosher salt and stir. Allow to boil until tender.
    1 Pound Red Potatoes
  • Drain the water and allow the pot to steam dry the potatoes. Place the lid on the pot and shake vigorously. Remove the lid and salt the potatoes.
  • Place the oiled cookie sheet in the oven to heat. Don't forget it's in there!
  • Remove the pan from the oven and pour on the potatoes, stirring the oil all over them.
    2-3 Tablespoons Melted Butter, 2 Tablespoons Honey, 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • Bake for 30-40 min until crisp, stirring halfway through or 18-22 minutes, stirring halfway for airfryer. (
  • Remove from the oven. Mix the butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in a dish and drizzle over the potatoes. Stir well. Sprinkle flaked sea salt and enjoy!

Notes

to reheat, cover with foil and place in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes
