Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Red potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375 and spray a cookie sheet.
  • Cut potatoes in half or quarters depending on the size and line on the baking sheet.
  • Mix the butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper and drizzle over the potatoes.
  • Bake for 30-40 min until tender.

    This was a delightfully, Tasty, & No Fuss Potatoes. One pound of anything is not enough; in this house of 4-6 Dudes. Soooo I bought a 5 lb. bag of Red Potates & used a little more then half.
    I generously doubled the sauce, with a pinch of Cayenne and cooked at 380* F for approx. 45 mins.; rotating tray every 15-20 mins. I served this as a side to grilled Bacon & Cheddar stuffed Burgers; it hit the spot. Can’t wait to make again and share!

  • I made them for supper tonight. Yummy! They are a keeper. I did sub oil for the butter and used the whole amount of sauce even though I only had 1/2 lb potatoes 😉
