These honey roasted red potatoes are simple to die for! A simple note of sweetness with these tender red potatoes make for a delicious dish!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound Red potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 and spray a cookie sheet.
  2. Cut potatoes in half or quarters depending on the size and line on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix the butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper and drizzle over the potatoes.
  4. Bake for 30-40 min until tender.

    This was a delightfully, Tasty, & No Fuss Potatoes. One pound of anything is not enough; in this house of 4-6 Dudes. Soooo I bought a 5 lb. bag of Red Potates & used a little more then half.
    I generously doubled the sauce, with a pinch of Cayenne and cooked at 380* F for approx. 45 mins.; rotating tray every 15-20 mins. I served this as a side to grilled Bacon & Cheddar stuffed Burgers; it hit the spot. Can’t wait to make again and share!

  7. I made them for supper tonight. Yummy! They are a keeper. I did sub oil for the butter and used the whole amount of sauce even though I only had 1/2 lb potatoes 😉
