  • 5 Cups Pineapple, fresh, chopped
  • Cup Red Onion, diced fine
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • ¼ Cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • ½ Cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 Jalapeños, seeded and diced
