I’m going to go ahead and call a trend in the food world and I hope you all will jump on the bandwagon here, it’s all about the pretzels this year! Or heading into 2015 I should say. And if you’d like you can even turn up “It’s all about the bass” and start jamming out with pretzels in the lyrics instead. Somehow I’ve never even heard the whole song, and neither has our 4 year old (watch, it’s probably a filthy song and I don’t know it) but she sings it all day, which in a toddler voice is kind of the cutest ever. Which leads me to the cutest bark ever, m&m salted caramel pretzel bark.
Are you feeling a little crazy now? “Didn’t she just post a salted caramel pretzel chocolate thing? I ate like 100 of those and my thighs wont fit in my pants anymore and now she’s busting out another one?”
Yes, yes I am and don’t you worry about those thighs. If they’re bigger than normal just think of them rubbing together as you walk as a quiet little applause all for your awesomeness.
These are definitely not healthy and I’m not trying to tell you that you should eat sugar all the time but can’t we all just admit that sweet and salty combos are like magical unicorn in every kids’ dream. Side note-neither of my kids have ever been into unicorns, and neither was I though I do remember coloring a felt poster of one once. Remember those? Ahhh the good ol’ days.
Are M&Ms Gluten Free?
M&M’s are gluten free, (EXCEPT for pretzel-flavored M&M’s, which contain wheat, and crispy M&M’s, which contain barley malt).
Are Pretzels Fried?
Pretzels have become one of the most popular low fat snack foods.
Pretzels are baked, not fried.
What is The Difference Between Sea Salt and Table Salt?
Sea salt and table salt have the same basic nutritional value.
Table salt is more heavily processed to eliminate minerals and usually contains an additive to prevent clumping.

Hi. Want to try this recipe. Any idea where to buy almond bark? Can you replace with the chocolate candy wafers?
LeAn
Almond bark is on the baking isle. I always use real chocolate instead. Even milk chocolate chips will work. Almond bark is no real chocolate. It comes as white chocolate and as chocolate.

My son is the biggest fan for these, and I have to say, I like them too.
