  1. I’m a terrible cook, first off. Second, This doesn’t make sense to me. Only 1 cup cooked or uncooked pasta? Also, half a cup of chicken? Is this for a family or an individual? What am I doing/reading wrong?

    • Hi Christine,
It’s uncooked pasta and the recipe is just to make a small casserole sized dinner which feeds about 4 people. The chicken is a component of the dish but not the entire dish, however you could certainly add more. As you read through the instructions you’ll see to boil the pasta, cook the chicken etc. 🙂

  2. 1/2 a cup of cubed chicken? Is this feeding one person?

  3. I make my own breadcrumbs too, so easy and cheap! Great pasta dish!
