Creamy cheesecakes swirled with caramel and dotted with nuggets of Twix candy bars, these Twix Caramel Mini Cheesecakes are an easy cheesecake recipe!

These little Twix Caramel mini cheesecakes are the easiest cheesecakes ever. You don’t need a water bath, long list of ingredients or even much time. They are super easy to whip together and the majority of the time is actually just spent in the fridge!

A while back we found a recipe for mini snickers cheesecakes and we’ve been obsessed ever since. These No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes with Raspberry Sauce kind of started the obsession for us and for our readers as no matter what time of year it is they tend to go crazy on our site. Plus, hooray for a no-bake cheesecake recipe!
When we decided to make a new mini cheesecakes recipe we knew we had to make it easy regardless of if it ended up no-bake or not and I think this one totally works.

How Many Graham Crackers Make a Cup of Crumbs?
When you make a graham cracker crust it’s always a little annoying to figure out how many grahams you need to crush. It’s around a cup per package of graham crackers, or 8 crackers. You are welcome.
Can You Freeze Cheesecake?
Heck yes you can freeze cheese! Big or small, plain or flavored, any cheesecake holds up quite well in the freezer. A cream sauce goes a little differently, but cheesecake is nice and dense so the freezer wont break it up at all.

How to Freeze Cheesecake
So let’s break it down, here’s how to freeze cheesecake, start out by freezing the entire cheesecake on a baking pan. Once it’s frozen solid, remove it from the freezer and wrap it tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. We tend to do both because I don’t like the ice crystals to form on the cheesecake top as defrosting it will make the top wet. Next, place the entire cheesecake, or in this case the mini cheesecakes in a freezer bag, press the air out, seal it and place it back in the freezer.
How Long is Cheesecake Good for in the Fridge and Freezer?
Homemade cheesecake lasts for 5-7 days stored with plastic wrap over it to prevent drying for 5-7 days. In the freezer, cheesecake is actually good for 7-8 months! Can you believe that? Doesn’t make you feel as bad about making Mini Twix Caramel Cheesecakes for dessert this week, does it?

Whooo, I’m so surprised that in the freezer this homemade cheesecake is good for 7-8 months!!! Good to know 🙂 Thanks!
Isn’t that just crazy?!
These look so yummy! I’m going to make them this weekend. I do have one question about this sentence “Sprinkle however many remaining cheesecakes as you’d like over each top.” After folding only 1/2 the Twix in, I spoon even amounts into the cups and drizzle with caramel. Then do we top with an equal amount of batter? What about the second 1/2 cup of Twix? Thanks for your great, inspiring recipes!
Sorry about that, you fold in the 1/2 of twix to the batter and divide the batter between all of the muffin cups. Swirl in the caramel and then if you’d like the twix to show like in our photo, sprinkle a few remaining twix over the tops of the cheesecakes before baking. You already used all the batter so there isn’t a layering effect. 🙂
