My least favorite meal of the day! If I’m not careful, lunch can be rushed which usually ends up being not healthy. So here are a few ideas to make lunch a meal to look forward to:

Honey Avocado Turkey Bacon Sandwiches – the perfect example of healthy being totally delicious! One of my favorite lunch options!
Tomato Mozzarella Salad – those classic caprese flavors that are totally irresistible!

It’s easy to rack up the calories at dinner if you aren’t careful. Here are a few healthy main dish and side dish options:

Roasted Chicken – the best oven roasted chicken in all the land! And it’s so easy too!
Sweet Potato Enchiladas – we are obsessed with this meatless spin on enchiladas!
