Healthy Recipes – Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Getting some good protein in at breakfast sets you on the right track for the day. We have protein shakes or smoothies almost every morning.

My least favorite meal of the day! If I’m not careful, lunch can be rushed which usually ends up being not healthy. So here are a few ideas to make lunch a meal to look forward to:

Healthy Recipes – Dinner

It’s easy to rack up the calories at dinner if you aren’t careful. Here are a few healthy main dish and side dish options:

Main Dish

Roasted Chicken – the best oven roasted chicken in all the land! And it’s so easy too!

Sweet Potato Enchiladas – we are obsessed with this meatless spin on enchiladas!

Chicken Fajitas – my kids love these and they can be loaded up with all sorts of yummy veggies!

Garlic Herb Cauliflower Rice – so much flavor and so easy to make!

Balsamic Vinaigrette Grilled Vegetables – one of my favorite way to eat veggies!

I am a major snacker! It is just too long between meals so I need a little something in between. Making healthy snack choices can be hard because it’s so easy to grab something quick and likely. These are a few of our favorite healthy snack options:
